Miami to Maine

This summer Beth drove from Miami to Maine collecting Viburnum between the coast and the Appalachian Mountains. She found eight species along the transect, but focused particularly on the two most widespread species. She and Michael currently are using these collections to quantify leaf shape variation along this transect and to investigate the phylogeography of North American Viburnum.
